We believe 2010 will be a great time of tremendous possibilities for inner city kids, teens and families in the Phoenix area. The time to rebuild this and to provide a better tomorrow for the kids in this community is now! The needs are overwhelming - kids are learning about drugs and violence at an all-too-early age, and they need mentoring to help them overcome these influences. They need healthy food to keep their minds and bodies strong. These kids need your help to put positive programs in place, and that will start to change the City one life at a time. Donations of time, for mentoring kids or teens or tutoring kids or teens, providing non-perishable food items and funds are welcome. These will all help kids grow up to be productive members of society.
Through your mentoring and donations, kids, teens and families who once thought they had NO future will now envision themselves empowered to pursue college or a career. Your donations and mentoring will allow kids to take advantage of programs that teach them how to live positve lives in spite of the negative influences that are so rampant in Arizona's inner city. Your mentoring and donations will be invested in the lives of kids and teens who may some day could return to their communities as doctors, dentists, and business men and women and reclaim their city, and in turn offer mentoring and donations to further improve conditions for the families around them.
